Supporting Women in Farming

Empowering women in West Africa to transform their agricultural production

Who are we?

Business in the Field is a Community Interest Company which supports women in farming in West Africa. Our mission is to assist these women in transforming their local vegetable crops and spices to add value to their production. By adding value, we aim to provide these women with the means to participate in the education of their children and pay for better medical services for their aging parents. We are also committed to shifting to carbon farming practices, which can enhance soil health and contribute to climate change mitigation by storing carbon in the soil.
